Speedwork (which we actually call speedierwork because you don’t have to be fast to join us!) starts on Tues Mar 16 at SCC. People should get there by 6 for a warm up. We do drills at 6:15 and the workout starts by 6:30. The track isn’t available to us on several nights this year so we will do speedwork out on a back road behind the track. This nights are 4/13, 5/25, 6/8, 6/15. 6/22. 6/29. We will meet at the track as always on those nights, but if you are late you might have problems finding us. Call Dori if you have any questions about this (999-5856) We will do speedierwork until Oct. 12.
SCC really wants us to buy parking passes or we might get parking tickets. The cost is very minimal if I remember right. The problem is you need to go in to the cashiers office (and apparently they want your SS #) and they close at 4:30. Unfortunately we can't buy several and have one person take care of all of us. We each need to take care of it. Otherwise, you might risk a ticket!
