Half-Fast Ultimate Runner
7:30 AM
A challenging day of races! Each participant runs a 5K, 400 meter, 100 meter, 1600 meter, and 10K on the track. Points are awarded based on time. 1/4" or less spikes allowed.
Runners must complete all five events to be eligible for finisher singlet, awards, and records.
Plaques are awarded to the first male and female in the open (0-39), master's (40-54), and senior's (55+) divisions. Ribbons are awarded to places two through ten in each division.
Packet pickup and day of registration is at the Mead High School track between 6:30 am and 7:15 am.
Event schedule is tentative. Actual race times depend on the number of heats and participants.
Water will be provided in the 5K and 10K.

The Sunday Slugs meet each Sunday for a scenic walk or run starting at the Manito Duck Pond. The course includes the beautiful parkway of Manito Boulevard, with views of the Hangman Valley from High Drive and then a run or walk by Cannon Hill Park and pond. This is a very nice group of friendly people.

Course: Course Description: An easy 5K (3.1 miles) course that begins at McEuen Park gazebo (420 E. Front Street) and showcases beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Your journey along the Centennial Trail will take you along the shores of beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Spokane River.
Proceeds: Benefitting the Inland Northwest SIDS Foundation's grief support and safe infant sleep programs.
Cancellation Policy: The Run for the Angels will proceed rain or shine. Cancellation will occur only in conditions deemed hazardous by the officials. No refunds will be given.
