Meet in parking lot across from waterfall at head of Centennial Trail.
The idea of this group is to pick locations that are stroller and kiddo friendly! Spokane has great running groups, but none that cater to strollers. The idea of this group is to have fun and be safe, be able to go without finding a babysitter, and get some cardio and strength training in one! Strollers are not mandatory, anyone can join us!

Everyone will meet at Sontag Park in Nine Mile Falls between 5:30 and 6:00 pm. We will start warming up at 5:30 pm.  
We will be running on the Centennial Trail. There are a lot of hills at the beginning.
